Colorado Aviation Career Edcuation (CACE) Program Oriented towards high school youth, this program is a one-week summer camp in which 20 students are introduced to career opportunities available to them in aviation and related fields. This fast-paced program is packed with student-proven activities such as theory of flight and model building, flight simulators, daily briefings from representatives of the industry, field trips to local aviation firms that offer career opportunities, and an orientation flight in a small aircraft. The summer camp was relocated in 1999 from one of the nearby airports to the Museum in consideration of its outstanding facilities for education and training.
